The LEADER Project is a student-led organization that is comprised of Ivey students from various programs. Every year, approximately 10 - 14 MBA students are selected (by the existing LEADER team, not the MBAA) to join the organization and travel overseas for 2 weeks to teach business fundamentals to local entrepreneurs using the case method.

The Project began in 1991 and has impacted more than 10,000 entrepreneurs across more than 20 countries over the last 30+ years. Current teaching sites include Vietnam, Nepal, India, Serbia and North Macedonia. Travel typically occurs in April or May of your graduating year.
