The Formal and Awards Senators are responsible for organizing the capstone event of the program, our Ivey MBA Formal. Primary duties include researching and selecting a venue and date, preparing a comprehensive budget, planning event logistics (organizing tables, finding speakers, etc.), marketing the event, and selling tickets. This role also includes facilitating the nomination and voting process for MBA awards in collaboration with the Program Office. Formal and Awards Senators report to the VP Internal.
