The VP Internal manages all internal-facing aspects of the Ivey MBA student experience, such as the Ivey MBA Olympics and Formal. Additionally, the VP Internal is responsible for the management of all student-led clubs.
I saw this role as an opportunity to build a deeper connect with my cohort, bring everyone together & ensure that we all take back some really fond memories from this program. Given the diversity of our cohort, I wished to foster an environment where everybody felt heard, safe and respected.
I have always been extremely passionate about dance. It's my happy space to celebrate the highs and my escape to absorb the lows. To add to that I have been lucky to have discovered and fallen in love with yoga in the last few years. Yoga completely changed my perspective in life and made me so much more centred. I got myself certified as a yoga teacher so as to share this knowledge of strength and stability, physically and mentally. I am also a big-time dog lover and can spend an entire day just surrounded by them!

As the 2024 President of the Ivey MBA Association (MBAA), I am responsible for leading our cohort throughout our one-year program, which involves creating an environment where life-long relationships can be developed and ensuring that every member of our cohort has a voice. In addition, I will effectively manage our financial resources and provide the necessary support to my MBAA team as they plan initiatives that contribute to our experience this year.
I decided to run for President because I was excited by the opportunity to help shape the culture of our cohort this year, and to motivate us all to support each other while we're all at school together and even afterward. Given that our MBA is only one year, it was important to me that we spend our 13 months in a positive and inclusive environment, creating memories that we will never forget.
I'm extremely passionate about tennis and giving back to the community. I've loved tennis from a young age, but being a member of the varsity tennis team at Western really showed me the importance of teamwork, and some of my most memorable university experiences took place on the tennis court. I've always believed in the importance of giving back to the community and sharing any success that I may experience in my life with others. Fortunately, I've had the opportunity to combine both of my passions by co-founding the On the Rise Tennis Foundation. The Foundation financially supports junior Canadian tennis players who aspire to become professional athletes and exhibit the potential to do so.
