The Women in Management (WIM) Club aims to empower future leaders who are women. Events are planned around skill development, mindset growth, knowledge sharing and building long-lasting connections. The club aspires to unite, celebrate, and support the diverse women and male allies of Ivey. Each event is meant to be engaging and interactive, where everyone feels safe to share and learn from one another.
